"The Star" is a touching and captivating animated short film that tells the story of Samir, a fish who spends its days in a small bowl used by its owner to make movies. Despite its success in show business, Samir longs for freedom and a life in the open ocean, as hinted by its playful behavior and yearning gaze at a nearby picture. Moved by Samir's sadness, the owner's assistant decides to intervene. The film beautifully illustrates the transformative power of empathy and compassion and the importance of treating all creatures with kindness and respect.
